This project began with a client who wanted the ability to use their pool throughout the year, regardless of the weather. The original pool enclosure was aged and limited the experience. The client requested a full update that could provide coverage while allowing open-air use when desired.
Open Air Construction removed the outdated glass structure and installed a new aluminum-framed pool enclosure with retractable vinyl roof panels and motorized vinyl and acrylic fabric side walls. The pool had to be emptied during construction to protect it while new footings and framing were installed.
The new system creates a clean, modern look with smooth functionality. It allows the pool to be used in all seasons, fully open during warm days or fully enclosed for colder months, without sacrificing visibility or ventilation.
