This project focused on creating a year-round outdoor space using a motorized louvered roof system. The client wanted protection from sun and rain over their poolside patio and built-in grill area without losing the open feel of the space.
Open Air Construction installed a sleek aluminum louvered roof patio cover that allows for adjustable coverage and full waterproofing when closed. Special care was taken during installation to drill into the porcelain tile surface without cracking it, using a slow and steady method to preserve the existing patio.
